Information we collect

Contact details you provide when you call, text, or submit a form — typically your name, phone number, address, and a description of your pest issue.
Site usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags: page views, button and call-click events, device type, browser, approximate location (city level, derived from IP), and the referring source. We do not collect precise geolocation.
Advertising identifiers such as Google Click ID (gclid) and UTM parameters when you arrive from an ad, used solely to measure ad performance.

How we use it

To schedule, perform, and follow up on pest control services you request.
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve this website.
To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

Retention

Google Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months and then automatically deleted. Contact information you provide directly (calls, texts, form submissions) is kept for as long as needed to service your account and meet legal recordkeeping requirements, then deleted on request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate this site or our business (e.g. Google Analytics, hosting), and only as needed to perform their services.

Your choices
