These terms govern your use of the Ecotech Pest Control Services LLC website (ecotechpc.net) and any service estimates, communications, or work performed by Tom Pray.

Service area

Services are offered to residential properties on the New Hampshire Seacoast. Availability and pricing depend on location, property conditions, and current schedule.

Our guarantee

The "you don't pay if they don't go away" guarantee applies to carpenter ant elimination treatments performed by Ecotech on properties within our service area, subject to a reasonable inspection and follow-up window. Reinfestation caused by uncorrected structural moisture, conducive conditions outside our control, or refusal of recommended remediation is not covered. Specific terms are confirmed in writing at the time of service.
